Just write your name(s) on the card and be sure to flip it over--we're crowdsourcing our playlist! Tell us the songs you'd like to hear we'll put them into the mix.
Please send back your RSVP by April 25- we'll send you a note to confirm that we've heard from you when it arrives at our house (2217 N Cleveland Ave, 3S, Chicago, IL 60614).
